On April 30th and May 1st, 2025, it’s time again to raise the Maypole, enjoy the magic of spring, and celebrate together. Our May Festival immerses you in a festive atmosphere that welcomes spring with all its colors, sounds, and delights.
The festivities kick off on April 30th at 6 PM with a spectacular fire show by the Tiafabegga Feiadeifen. Afterward, you can relax by the warming campfire while "Leo’s Family" provides lively music to create a joyful atmosphere.
On May 1st, get ready for a day full of highlights: The ceremonial raising of the Maypole is a must for all tradition lovers. At the same time, the colorful spring market invites you to browse through homemade specialties, regional delicacies, and creative handicrafts.
Musical performances will keep the lively atmosphere going throughout the day and invite you to dance. During our open house at the resort, you can take a behind-the-scenes look. Grill and camping enthusiasts shouldn’t miss the demonstrations by Haller: Under the motto "Mobile Grilling & Camping Grilling," Haller will showcase innovative mobile grills that take outdoor cooking to a whole new level. YETI will bring their cool trailer, where you can have your very own YETI cup personalized. Petromax will treat you to specialties from their legendary Dutch ovens, and Gozney will introduce the brand-new "Tread" pizza oven, making it possible to bake pizza even in the most unusual places.
Look forward to an impressive performance by the Trachtenverein Waldlerbuam, a captivating magic show, and plenty of fun for the little ones – including a bouncy castle. The witch afternoon with the Tiafabegga Feiadeifen will bring a mystical atmosphere to the festival. A special highlight is the Maypole climbing with the 3-Berg-Kraxlern, promising exciting moments! Motorhome enthusiasts can look forward to the Weinsberg motorhome exhibition and receive expert advice on RENT & TRAVEL from Wohnmobile Pleinting. Sports enthusiasts will also find something for themselves: Families can try their hand at golf with the GC Bayerwald during a golf taster session.
